I am a big fan of Troubled Brewing and I am not complaining! You asked for feedback so here you go - note that I already communicated with Durga.
1) - I ordered TWO Ricard Bundles and it was accepted by the website. I then received a call to say that there was only one bottle of Ricard left and would ONE Ricard Bundle be OK. I said yes and the money for the second bundle was refunded so no issues. It begs the question why the website accepted the order though?!?
2) - when I received the order, I discovered that the Ricard bottle was 70cl and not 100cl as advertised on your website. A bit naughty this. Anyway, I informed Durga.

By way of explanation (while taking on full responsibility) Friday's announcement let to an influx on our website and other channels and unfortunately we failed to update inventory fast enough.
For the size of the bottle. The description says '700ml bottle' however we mistakenly used the 1L bottle for the image so I can understand why you feel short changed. We are updating that now.
I understand the frustration and while I appreciate it doesn't make up for it, I'll be sending you a note with a voucher directly as an apology.
